Refund and Returns Policy

At ARAMDAY, we strive to ensure you love every piece you receive. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Original tags (if any) must be intact.

  • Returns are not accepted for items marked “Final Sale” or clearance.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Intimates/undergarments

  • Accessories (such as earrings)

  • Customized or altered items

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at support@aramday.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

  3. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a store credit or refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or issued as ARAMDAY store credit, based on your preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
